Terms and conditions for agents
Becoming a part of the AmeriMex is simple. We require no contracts and no exclusivity agreements! We'll provide you with all the information necessary to offer the VoIP service to your customers.
We do not have minimum quota under the scheme of residential and commercial VoIP clients, nevertheless, for Café Internet’ we required a minimum minutes consumption of US$100 per month.
Commissions are earned only after the customer has paid. Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, by the 15th day of the following month. Commission payments of less than $50.00 will roll over until the total commission due is greater than $50.00.
Per minute rates are subject to change. The current effective rate to all countries are posted on the AmeriMex website www.amerimex.biz
In order for the VOIP service to work the user must have high speed Internet (broadband internet). AmeriMex recommends Internet speeds of 256Kbps or above.
Customers have to acknowledge that AmeriMex VoIP telephone service does not support emergency dialing such as 911.
All plans include unlimited calls at no extra charge to/from other telephone numbers on the AmeriMex network.
Clients within the United States will receive a monthly invoice with the call record. Clients outside of the United States will receive notification via email and can manage their account and make payments through these website. These monthly charges can be also automatically withdrawn from their credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Dinners Club.
