What do you need to have service?
 

In order to use AmeriMex’s VoIP you must have broadband Internet. 

With a faster Conection you ensure quality on your communications. Broadband is a high-speed Internet connection that normally runs through a DSL or cable modem. It is always on, not dial up.

To provide good quality voice service we recommend a broadband speed of at least 128 Kb/s. Upload

Plan details:
Calls to countries other than above will be billed on a per minute basis.
Monthly price does not include calls to cellular phones in any country other than the United States, Canada, China and Singapore. Calls to cellular phones in countries other than the United States and Canada will be billed on a per minute basis

  
 

Steps:

  • Choose your plan (VoIP Basic or VoIP Plus)
  • Choose your ATA or VoIP device (hardware)
  • Complete your account info
  • You will receive a monthly invoice with the call record. You can manage your account and make payments through this website or the charges can be automatically withdrawn from your credit card.
  • You will receive the ATA adapter thru the shipping company. The instructions are inside of the box but you can also see them in this webpage on the hardware icon.
  •  We will contact you via email or by phone with your order info.
